If you are not happy with the items and want to return them to us, you probability need the following information.
When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
1. Please use the same address we give on the parcel you received.
2. Please send back the item with the original packing we use

All of our dresses is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, we have created all our dresses with some additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications. So we advise you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly to cover 100% fee of tailoring. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor and send to us for reimbursement. We sent right size but does not fit:
Dresses fit the specifications measurements but does not fit you properly cannot be returned or exchanged. We suggest you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
