Our customer satisfaction is the most important to us. After you receive your package, you should to check and make sure that the item is just what you ordered. Try on your dress or shoes as soon as possible.
If you are not happy with the items and want to return them to us, you probability need the following information.
When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
1. Please use the same address we give on the parcel you received.
2. Please send back the item with the original packing we use
3. Please write the value same as the one we given on the express bill.
Return process:
(1) Submit a return request through email to Customer Service within 7 days, receiving your order to make sure whether you are eligible for a return.
(2)Supply photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the problem such as quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
(3)All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean with original tags and packaging, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty.
Please note:
There are no returns, exchanges on custom made, final sales, or sale merchandise. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select for your merchandise. So please check the provided size chart carefully to ensure correct sizing;
If you want to return items, you should pay for the shipping fee;
If you want to return stock items, you should pay for the shipping fee and 10%restock fee
Some tips if you are dissatisfaction with the items
If we shipped you a defective item:
You may be eligible for a return for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs "Proof of Damage" which clearly showing the problem, and we will process your refund.
If we sent you wrong size item:
All of our dresses is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, we have created all our dresses with some additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications. So we advise you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly to cover 100% fee of tailoring. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor and send to us for reimbursement.
We sent right size but does not fit:
Dresses fit the specifications measurements but does not fit you properly cannot be returned or exchanged. We suggest you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications measurements differ too greatly from your true size, resizing may be impossible. If you order standard size dress, may be it will not fit you well, after you receive it, you had to alter it by yourself.
If we shipped you an item in the wrong color:
The settings of every computer screen is different, it may change the color shown on Dressespro.com. Slight difference between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is in wrong color. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible, if really we send you the wrong color item, you may be eligible for a return for a full refund.
If we cant ship the items on time:
If your order cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order. Whose items are overdue can choose to cancel the order and get a full refund, or keep the order and get some reimbursement upon delivery.
