How do I shop online?

Step One:

Find an item that interests you and the please fill out the ordering form(including Size,Color,Height etc.) in any item info page. Then add it to your shopping cart using the 'add this to my cart' button at the bottom of item info page. When you have chosen the items you want, you can review your cart by clicking 'Shopping Cart' button which appears in the top part of the page.

Step Two:

When you are ready to complete your order, just click 'Go to Checkout' button in the 'Shopping Cart' info page. It will link you to the 'Log in' page. If you are a new customer, you need to fill out the registration form to register a account. And if you registered before, please Log in your account.

Step Three:

We offer two methods to check out.
First is "Express Check Out", no requirement of site register which will link you to the "Paypal paying page", and you can pay with Credit Card or you own Paypal.Second is "Standard Check Out", requirement of site register.
Step 1 of Standard Check Out Delivery Information
Check the Shipping Information to see if there is any mistake. You can change the Shipping Address by click "change your address" button. There is a "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order", and if you have other requests, you can write here to tell us. If it is alright, then click "continue checkout" button to check your payment information and choose your payment method.
Step 2 of Standard Check Out Payment Information
Check the Payment Information to see if there is any mistake. You can change the Billing Address by click "change your address" button. In this step, you can see the total cost of your order. Sometimes, we will give discounts about our products. If you have our discount coupon, you can write the redemption code here. Then select the payment method. With the first payment method, you can pay with both Paypal and Credit Card and without sharing your financial information. With the second payment method, you need to pay with Paypal. Also, there is a "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order", and if you have other requests, you can write here to tell us. If it is alright, then click "continue checkout" button to confirm your order.
Step 3 of Standard Check Out Order Confirmation
This is the last step before checkout. Check the Billing/Payment Information & Delivery/Shipping Information. Take a look of the Special Instructions or Comments and Order Confirmation to see if there is any mistake. If you need to change any of them, click "edit" back to the page to edit them. If the information is correct, then click "confirm the order" button. It will link you to the "Paypal paying page", you can pay with Credit Card or you own Paypal.

After you placed an order, we will confirm the order with you.

Then, we will prepare for your order. When we finish, we will ship items to you and give you the tracking number. Check the 'Shipping & Return Policy' for more infomation.

What should we do before or when or after place the order?

Before you buy the dress, you had better ask a tailor to measure for you to make sure the size is right, also you should take care of the colour to make sure it is what you want.When you place the order, you should tell us right phone number and address (except P.O. Box or APO/FPO address).After you place the order, to try our best to serve you, please check your email in 12hours. We will contact you if there are any questions about your order. If you don’t confirm your order in 5 business days, we will make your dress order as you ordered or our professional knowledge, thanks for your understanding!

If you ordered the standard size, it's better for you to make some adjustments to get more fit.

Because of our great location and our own factory, we don't need to pay many intermediate fees, that's why our dresses in such low price. Our dresses are sold out very quickly and we don't need to let funds tie idle. So we can provide absolute low price to our customers.

How do I set my order on this website?

There is a catalog on our website, you can view that and if you find anything you intend to buy, you can just take it to shopping cart and then go check out.

Can I place my order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders at this moment. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.

When do I pay for my order?

When the order is placed, all orders must be paid in full at the time.

Before I order, can I have a look at the swatch of the color which I am interested in?

We feel sorry that we do not have swatches available to send out to customers just because the shipping cost is very high, but you can check the color online, it is all our ture fabric pictures.

How long should I order my dress before the event?

We suggest that you place the order in advance of your event date as soon as you can. You¡äd better leave for 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.

Can I change the color of the gown or the accent of the gown? How much is the extra charge?

Yes. You can change the color of the gown. But we recommend you think it over before you make any change of the style or color. It might be different from your imagination. When you place the order, Please check the color on our color chart and tell us the color you select, and we want to tell you that there is no extra charge, it is just free.

What kinds of payment methods can be accepted?

We accept both PayPal and Credit Card.
