So I walked into Forever 21 about a month ago looking for some cuteadditions to my wardrobe. I hadn’t been in there for, say, 5months. I search around the store 1, 2, 3 times. Couldn’t findmy usual size – XL. I confront one of the help ladies about it,only to be looked up and down with disgust – “We don’tcarry that size anymore.” I don’t knowwhen they stopped doing it. Or why. All I know is, I don’t shopthere anymore. And I found better, cuter alternatives:Torrid: Floral A-Line Dress, $50.98 ONCLEARANCEI’dLOVE to own this dress. Since I’m seriously into florals rightnow, this seems spot on for my wardrobecollection.

Target: Belted Frill Dress,$24.99 ONSALEI sawthis dress at Target recently. The material is very light andgirly. Something you’re sure not to sweat a lot in. The beltseems a little cheaply made, but you can remove it and replace itwith something else. I can see myself buying this dress and addingmy wide, brown leather belt. Yes,please!

Torrid: Elastic-Waist TankDress, $42.98 ON CLEARANCE I couldwear this to work, any day. SO EASY, I’m tellin’ ya!Literally just slip it on and you’re ready. I can’t wearsleeveless clothes to work, so I would pair it with a brightlycolored cardigan.

Target: Short Floral Dress,$24.99 ON SALERecently bought this dress in the black and grey floral. It’s a little shorter than I would like (I’m a littletoo blessed in the rump region). I wear mine with a blackleather belt I got at Goodwill and my tie-around, every-daycardigan. It’s fun to wear at parties, too. Just put a pair ofskinny jeans on underneath with some black heels and KAH-BAM! Hotlook:)

So forget Forever 21; I don’t need them!
